We are getting closer to the people of Alajuela with a new pickup point. Now you can make your purchases at epaenlinea.com and easily pick up your items at the Almacén AV in Alajuela.
At this new pickup point, you can collect purchases of up to 25 kg at no extra cost; just choose the option in the 'shipping method'.
Products can be picked up 1 km west of the central cemetery in Alajuela, on the road to Barrio San José, on the right-hand side, during the hours of Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Deliveries are made 4 business days after the purchase is completed.
This new option will allow you to acquire vacuum cleaners, fans, appliances, lamps, and some furniture for your home or business at no additional cost.
"The partnership with Almacén AV allows us to get closer to our customers and make it easier for them to receive the purchases they make online," said Mauricio Plano, Digital Marketing Manager at EPA.

In case you need to claim the warranty for a product purchased online, you can choose one of these options: go to any of our stores with the item and the purchase invoice, send the product via Correos de Costa Rica, request the pickup and delivery of the product at your home, or request a visit from an expert advisor to validate the warranty and carry out the exchange.
