Terms and Conditions: "We Beat Your Quote"

In compliance with consumer transparency regulations, we hereby inform you of the conditions for applying for the price improvement benefit:

1. Competitor Quote Requirements

Document Formality: It must be an official quote that includes a logo, business registration number, store name, and contact information.
Full Detail: It must specify quantities, product descriptions, and statutory taxes.
Validity: The document must not be older than 3 calendar days from its date of issuance.
Ownership: The quote must be in the name of the customer requesting the benefit.
Formats: Photographs of PDF files on mobile devices are accepted. Handwritten quotes are not accepted.

2. Comparability Criteria

Product Equivalence: Items must be identical or equivalent in brand, quality, and units of measure.
Exclusions: We will not price-match products that the competitor has marked for clearance.
Sale Price: The improvement does not apply if the competitor's price is lower than the product's acquisition cost, unless approved by Management.

3. Application of the Benefit

Final Amount: The improvement will be reflected in the final quote total, not necessarily on each item individually.
Logistics Calculation: The negotiation reasoning includes the cost of freight within the final price.
Single Use: The customer must provide the original quote or a copy for store records; this benefit may only be applied one (1) time for each document presented.
