REGULATIONS FOR FREE INSTALLATION WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE THERMO MASTER 15KW HEATER
The company THERMOSOLUTIONS GROUP S., domiciled in Santa Ana de Escazú, with tax ID number 3-101-562833, establishes this General Regulation, which comprises all restrictions, limitations, and conditions that apply for the purpose of regulating and developing the free or included installation benefit for the customer, in order to avoid confusing or erroneous information for the consumer, which is why the following regulation is established, the observance of which is mandatory for the application of the benefit that includes the installation labor for the THERMO MASTER 15KW code: 24-40-039, sold at EPA.
Article 1. Validity and Application of the Special Offer or Promotion:
The promotion of gifting the labor for the installation of Thermo Master 15Kw heaters (2440039) is established, according to the promotion indicated only within the GAM (Greater Metropolitan Area).
Validity of the benefit:
The service will apply to all units sold between February 9th and February 29th. Heater purchases made outside the timeframe or dates established in this Regulation will not have the “Free Installation” benefit.
Free or included installation is understood to mean that the Customer shall not pay any additional sum to the product's sales price for INSTALLATION LABOR; however, the customer must assume the costs of the materials required to carry out the heater installation (understood as breakers, electrical wire, piping, supply hoses, shut-off valves, and Teflon tape) in accordance with the limitations of this Regulation. If the house does not have the necessary provisions for the heater installation (cold water pipe, hot water pipe, and electrical supply line as specified in the product manual), the benefit is voided.
Article 2. Responsible for the Installation: The free installation must be coordinated by the customer with the Thermo Solutions service center at 2203-4616 within a period not exceeding 24 hours after the purchase or with the help of the promoter at the time of purchase.
The deadline to carry out the installation will be 7 business days after making the purchase, through a telephone coordination process with the customer where slots will be assigned based on the order of calls received.
If the customer makes the purchase online or by phone, the technician may pick up the heater at the store where it was purchased during the store's working hours.
The installation hours will be from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
Coverage Range: Free or Included installation applies only to a radius of no more than 20 km from the store where the purchase was made and invoiced, therefore for locations or cantons beyond 20 km, an additional amount of 1000 colones per kilometer will be charged according to the mileage to the location where the final installation is performed. Payment for such installation expenses will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the installer by the means indicated by the person coordinating the visit.
Cancellation of Installation Appointment: In case of non-compliance with the installation appointment, where no notice of cancellation is provided by the customer at least 24 hours in advance, the customer must pay an additional cost of 40,000 colones to reschedule the visit. Similarly, if the customer cancels the agreed-upon appointment twice, they lose the installation benefit.
Article 3. Installation Materials: The customer must make the heater purchase at EPA in order to participate in the free installation benefit, as well as purchase the entirety of the materials required for the installation and operation of the acquired item. In this sense, it is clarified that Ferretería EPA S.A. and Thermosolutions will not provide any product required for the installation, with the exception of the tools and labor necessary for the heater installation. Thus, the Customer must provide at their own cost and responsibility the services and materials required for the installation, which are NOT included:

- Supply hoses for hot and cold water.
- Shut-off valves for hot and cold water
- Glue and/or Teflon tape as required
- For installations beyond a 20 km radius of each store, the additional charge for transportation according to the distance of the location (1000 colones per additional kilometer).
- Hot and cold water pipe provisions at the installation site (0m).
- Correct electrical provisions (thermomagnetic circuit breakers and electrical cable suitable for the heater's power at 0 meters from the point where the heater will be placed).
- In case of not having the provisions at the installation site, the free installation benefit is voided.
- In case of not having the suitable elements for the installation according to the existing manuals and regulations, the free installation benefit is voided.
Article 4. Illustrations and Photographs: The illustrations or photographs used in the publication of the free installation labor offer or promotion are for illustrative purposes only. The size and design, as well as the dimensions of the product on offer or promoted, may vary according to the inventory available at each store.
Article 5. Warranty: The installation will have a warranty, which will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of Thermo Solutions.
- 30-day warranty for Installation Labor.
- The warranty does not apply to failure of materials provided by the customer.
- The warranty does not apply to problems in the hot water supply network or shower terminals.
- Application of Warranty:
The customer may manage a warranty claim, on-site equipment inspection, or coordinate installations by contacting the provider's phone number and contact person (See Annex 1) and providing the requested information.
