Official rules of the "Build and win with INTACO 09-12-2021" promotion

Period: August 12 to September 12, 2021

Methodology and terms of the promotion:

• For the purchase of every 10 bags of INTACO brand Repemax Capa Gruesa 80 Gray 40kg at any of the 5 EPA GROUP stores, the end customer has the option to request 1 INTACO brand rubber grout float (red).
• The end user, after making the product purchase, may request the float only from the INTACO promoter, who is located in the construction area within EPA stores; this promotion does not apply to epaenlinea.com
• The request for the rubber float is made by presenting the invoice to the INTACO promoter, who will review the information and complete their logbook:

• Winner's name
• Date of purchase
• Invoice number
• Quantity of bags purchased
• Quantity of floats delivered
• Winner's signature.

• There is a maximum quantity of 225 floats distributed among the 5 EPA stores, which is equivalent to 3 boxes of 15 units per point of sale.
• The floats will be delivered during the INTACO promoters' availability hours.
• EPA will assign a space within the construction area for the storage and safekeeping of the floats by the INTACO promoters.
• The delivery of floats will be made exclusively through the INTACO promoter who is duly identified within the EPA hardware store, Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
• In the case of all purchases made during hours when the promoter is not present, the customer must keep and present the invoice Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with September 23, 2021, as the deadline to present their invoice.
• Invoices cannot be combined to reach the sum of 10 bags, nor can a certain quality of one type of Repemax be combined with another part of a different Repemax to obtain the benefit. Therefore, it is understood that to obtain the prize, the 10 units must be Repemax Capa Gruesa 80, and must be reflected on the same invoice for the quantity required by the promotion.
• In the event that a float is not available at the time of purchase, INTACO Costa Rica S.A. will deliver the floats to the location indicated by the customer, provided it is within the Greater Metropolitan Area, at no cost to the end customer or EPA. Delivery would take place Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm
• The floats have a 1-year warranty. In case of any issue with the performance of the float, the end customer must call 2205-3000 or write to the email jill.benavides@intaco.com, requesting a review, which must include a copy of the invoice. If the request proceeds, INTACO will replace the float that does not meet performance standards within the warranty year (from the time the purchase invoice is issued at the EPA stores).
• The promotion is for the indicated period or until supplies last.
• The promotion does not apply to other products or rewards
• The promotion may be suspended at any time by INTACO Costa Rica S.A. if it is considered that it is not meeting the promotional objective.
