Official Rules for the “TIKTOK LIVE EPA FEBRUARY” Promotion

This Regulation (hereinafter the “Regulation”) aims to establish, define, and limit the terms and conditions of the promotion to be carried out by FERRETERÍA EPA S.A., corporate tax ID 3-101-354271 (hereinafter “The Organizer”). The provisions herein shall be mandatory for Participants. Participation implies full acceptance of these clauses and the waiver of any claims based on lack of knowledge thereof.

ARTICLE ONE: GENERAL PROVISIONS AND NAME

The name of this activity shall be “TIKTOK LIVE EPA.” The mechanics of this Promotion, as well as the Intellectual Property derived from it, are the exclusive property of Ferretería EPA S.A.

ARTICLE TWO: TERM AND LOCATION

Date: Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

Location: EPA Cartago store.

Time: Starting at 7:00 p.m. during the live broadcast on the official TikTok account.

ARTICLE THREE: PARTICIPATION MECHANICS

Epana Trivia: 2 customers will be randomly selected from those present at the selected store during the broadcast; they must compete against each other to answer 3 questions selected by EPA staff. The person who answers the most questions correctly will be the winner of a glossy enameled round charcoal grill, 58 x 47 x 100 cm, code 100003892.

ARTICLE FOUR: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Technical Failures: The Organizer is not responsible for unauthorized human intervention, cyberattacks, network latency (lag), or errors on the TikTok platform that alter the order of comments or their visibility.

ARTICLE FIVE: MODIFICATION AND SUSPENSION

Ferretería EPA S.A. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances, or if fraud, deception, or illegal activities that affect the transparency of the activity are detected, without this generating any liability for the company.

ARTICLE SIX: USE OF IMAGE

By the mere act of participating, customers authorize Ferretería EPA S.A. to use their name, image, and voice for advertising purposes on social media and other media, unlimitedly and without any additional remuneration.
