Official Rules for the “3x2 Curridabat” Promotion

This Regulation (hereinafter the “Regulation”) aims to establish, define, and limit the terms and conditions of the promotion to be carried out by FERRETERÍA EPA S.A., corporate identification number 3-101-354271, who shall hereinafter be referred to for the purposes of these Regulations as “The Organizer” and/or “Ferretería EPA S.A.”.

The provisions herein shall be mandatory for the Participants (see definition of Participant below) in said Promotion. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance by the Participant of the provisions. Any breach of these Regulations implies the immediate exclusion of the Participant, without any liability on the part of Ferretería EPA S.A.

ARTICLE 1. REGARDING THE OBJECTIVE AND PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS

The objective of this promotion is to incentivize sales in the area through a "3x2" offer. The participating products are exclusively gallons and buckets of Acrilatex Paint. The mechanics consist of the customer receiving a third gallon or bucket of the same paint line free of charge upon the purchase of two gallons or buckets of Acrilatex paint.

ARTICLE 2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion will be in effect for a specific period, beginning on August 20, 2026, and ending on August 23, 2026, both dates inclusive. The foregoing is subject to stock availability at the point of sale; if the inventory allocated for the promotion is exhausted before the end date, the promotion will be automatically terminated.

ARTICLE 3. TERRITORY AND SALES CHANNELS

This promotion will be valid solely and exclusively at the Curridabat store. It shall not be applicable at any other branch in the country, nor through e-commerce platforms, telephone sales, or external home delivery services, unless payment is physically processed at the Curridabat branch.

ARTICLE 4. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPANTS

All natural or legal persons of legal age who purchase the participating products in accordance with

the mechanics described during the effective period may participate.

ARTICLE 5. RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS:

The promotion applies only to the Acrilatex paint line in gallon or bucket format.

This offer is not cumulative with other promotions, current discounts, corporate

agreements, or prior liquidation prices.

The 3x2 benefit is calculated based on the regular public list price.

A maximum of 3 promotions (9 gallons in total) per customer per day to ensure availability for other consumers.

Layaways or product reservations to be paid for later at the promotional price are not accepted.

ARTICLE 6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the event that a customer needs to exchange a product purchased under this promotion, they must mandatorily present the original invoice. If the customer requests a full refund of the purchase, the benefit of the

free product will be voided. In the event of partial returns, the customer will lose the benefit of the free item if the final purchase does not meet the "pay for two, take three" condition. No returns are accepted for custom-mixed paint.

ARTICLE 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATION

Participation in this promotion implies, on the part of the customer, the knowledge and full acceptance of each and every one of the clauses,

terms, and conditions established in these regulations. Any subsequent claim regarding points clarified herein will be considered inadmissible.

ARTICLE 8. MODIFICATIONS AND SUSPENSION: The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, reduce, or suspend the promotion and its regulations at any time, provided there are justified causes or force majeure situations that require it, communicating this through the same means by which the original promotion was advertised.

ARTICLE 9. DATA PROTECTION

Any personal data collected during the transaction will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and solely

for purposes related to invoicing and product warranty validation.
