Lanco Colorful Walk Promotion

The PASEO COLORIDO raffle will be governed by the following rules and conditions. By the mere act of participating in the raffle, participants unconditionally accept all the rules of these Regulations, including those clauses that limit the liability of the Organizers. Likewise, they agree to submit to the decisions of the Organizers in any matter related to the raffle.

The awarding of the prize will be conditioned upon compliance with each and every one of the applicable laws and regulations, as well as the provisions of these Regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and/or demand the return of the prize awarded to those participants who directly or indirectly breach the rules and conditions established herein.

Likewise, the Organizer may disqualify from this Raffle any participant or group of participants who deliberately (whether systematically or not) perform actions intended to circumvent or avoid compliance with the provisions of these regulations. This promotion is intended for end consumers, and therefore, any participation in this promotion that is not carried out by end consumers who acquire the product exclusively for their own consumption and that of their family group (as defined below), may be disqualified.

1. Eligibility to participate: With the exceptions stated herein, all persons over 18 years of age who, during the period established for this purpose, participate in the dynamics of any of the EPA hardware stores in the country and/or at cr.epaenlinea.com may participate in this promotion. All of the above under the terms specified in these Regulations.

Those interested in participating must have a valid identification document recognized by the Government of Costa Rica at the time of the raffle. The following persons may not participate: a. Employees, executives, and officials of the Organizing Company; b. Employees, executives, and officials of advertising agencies and other suppliers involved in this Promotion; c. Officials of any of the companies

sponsoring this raffle who, by virtue of their position, may in any way influence the development of the raffle or the allocation of prizes; and d. Relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity of all the above.

1. Organizer: The company Lanco y Harris Manufacturing Corporation SRL, with legal entity identification number 3-102-202548, is the Organizer of the raffle and solely responsible for it before any third party. For any aspect related to this raffle, it will address communications to the following address: Zona Franca Bes Lote 4, Alajuela, directed to the marketing department, telephone: 2438 2257
2. Deadlines: This Promotion will be governed by the following deadlines, which are peremptory:
1. Deadline to participate: The participation period is for a limited time, from March 15, 2023, to April 15, 2023.
2. Raffle date: The winners of this raffle will be chosen by means of a draw to be held on 05/08/2023. The Organizer may modify the dates of the raffle for reasons of convenience or opportunity, but this change does not modify the deadline to participate in the Promotion, so as not to affect the odds of winning.
3. Winner announcement: The raffle winners will be announced to the public on 04/21/2023. The Organizer may change the date for announcing the winners without this affecting the odds of winning.
4. Deadline to claim the prize: After being contacted for the first time by the Organizers or after their name is published as indicated in these Regulations (the deadline will run from the event that occurs first), each winner has until December 31, 2023, to make their prize effective after the winner is selected in the manner indicated by the Organizer. Once this period has expired, they will have no right to claim it or seek any compensation.
   
3. How to participate: Anyone wishing to participate in this raffle must visit any EPA hardware store in the country or visit cr.epaenlinea.com, purchase a minimum of two gallons or one bucket of MAXIMA ARMOR by Lanco at any EPA in the country, scan a QR code, and enter their contact information in the corresponding Google Form. In this way, the person will be participating in the Paseo Colorido raffle.

Each person has the right to participate based on the number of each pair of gallons or buckets invoiced at EPA hardware stores in Costa Rica or cr.epaenlinea.com, where each includes the purchase of at least two gallons or one bucket of MAXIMA ARMOR by Lanco and provided that all the provisions of these regulations are met.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify from the raffle and to demand the return of the prize when there are reasonable grounds to believe that the participant does not acquire products for their personal use or that of their family circle.

1. Territory: This Promotion will be valid within the Republic of Costa Rica at EPA hardware stores and cr.epaenlinea.com.
2. Participant information: The Organizer will consider the natural and/or legal person who has completed all the steps of the dynamic as a participant in the promotion. Participants will be required to provide truthful and accurate information and guarantee that the data provided is sufficient to be located. The Organizer will rely on such information for all purposes of the Raffle.

Any inaccuracy that prevents identifying or locating the participant implies their disqualification. Providing false or inaccurate information will have the same consequence. Any communication related to the raffle will be made according to the data provided. By including their data, the participant states and guarantees that they have sufficient authorization to participate in a personal capacity and enjoy the prize. Participations with alias profiles or fictitious names will not be accepted.

Any dispute by the participant with third parties regarding the ownership of the prize will be a matter alien to the Organizers, regardless of the origin or cause of the acquisition of the product, or any other aspect related to that or any other transaction in which the participant is involved.

1. Prize: In this Promotion, a one-night stay for two people at Hotel Arenal Springs will be raffled. It includes access to hot springs, use of the gym, and breakfast.

The Organizer will not cover the expenses incurred by the winner to make their prize effective or for the enjoyment of the same, nor any other item that is not expressly included in these Regulations. The winner, upon signing the receipt of their prize, expresses their conformity and exempts the Organizers from all liability.

The winner must claim their prize on the dates indicated in these Regulations (or those indicated by the Organizers) and may not depart from what is provided by the Organizer. To be entitled to a prize, participants must comply with all the requirements established in these Regulations. The cost of any documentation that winners must obtain in order to collect or enjoy the prize is the responsibility of each of them.

Each winner must comply with the laws of Costa Rica and with the instructions they receive from the Organizer or those who participate in the provision of any portion of the prize. They must also behave respectfully toward the staff of any of the companies participating in the enjoyment of the prize. Failure to comply with this obligation may lead to the withdrawal of the prize and the collection of damages caused.

The prize is indivisible, non-transferable, and non-negotiable. The prize is not redeemable for cash.

Under no circumstances may the Organizers be forced to deliver more prizes than those offered in the advertising and Regulations of this raffle.

To be entitled to the prize, participants must comply with all the requirements established in these regulations. The prize is indivisible and may not be transferred.

1. Winner selection: The selection of the winner will be in the form of an electronic raffle among all participants of the Raffle. The program used to conduct the raffle has been previously reviewed by technicians trained in the field and has a very high level of reliability. The winner will be announced only through the Lanco Costa Rica social media accounts, through stories, and by the contact method indicated by the participant in the Google Form.

The potential winner will be subject to verification by the Organizer regarding the conditions of the Raffle and their personal data. No participation should be considered a winner until the eligibility of the participant, the veracity of the information provided, and compliance with the other requirements of these Regulations have been verified.

1. Communication of the potential winner and claiming the prize: The potential winner will be contacted via email or mobile number indicated in the form that the participant must have completed in the process to participate. The Organizer will make a maximum of three attempts to locate the winning person. Written record will be kept of each attempt. If it is not possible to locate the potential winner, written record will be kept of such circumstance and the period established in these Regulations will be granted for the potential winner to contact the Organizer. If, after the deadline, the winner does not contact the Organizer, the first alternate chosen will be called. The Organizer will make its best efforts to locate each potential winner, without this implying that it assumes any responsibility in case it fails to find them.

To effectively claim their prize, the potential winner must come by their own means to the place they will be summoned to, and carry their identity card or any other official document that proves their identity and that they are of legal age. Likewise, they must present the gift

certificate sent to their email and sign an affidavit of eligibility, in addition to a release of liability in favor of the Organizers.

If a selected participant does not communicate within the indicated period, if they refuse to sign the affidavit and release of liability, or if they breach these Regulations in any way, it will be understood that they waive their prize. To anticipate this eventuality, the Organizer will choose a minimum of 5 alternates on the day of the raffle to receive the prize, in case for any reason the selected winner is not eligible. The order of the alternates will be the same in which they were selected, and the names of the alternates will not be made public unless it is necessary to award them a prize. If none of the previous alternates meets the eligibility requirements, a new selection of alternates will be made until a possible eligible person is obtained.

The organizer will make a maximum of three attempts to locate the winner. If it is not possible to locate them, written record will be kept of such circumstance and the period established in these regulations will be granted for the potential winner to contact the Organizer. If, after the deadline, the potential winner does not contact the organizer, the prize will be voided. The organizer will make its best efforts to locate the potential winner, without this implying that it assumes any responsibility in case it fails to find them.

To effectively claim the prize, the winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and a release of liability in favor of the organizers.

1. Image rights: We clarify that this contest is not sponsored, administered, or associated in any way with Hotel Arenal Springs. By commenting on the contest post, participants
   

release Hotel Arenal Springs and Lanco Costa Rica from any liability and accept the terms and conditions of the same application. The fact of participating in the Raffle implies the consent of the participants that their name, voice, and image may be used in television programs, publications, and other advertising media, and in general in all promotional material that the Organizers wish to create in relation to the Raffle, whether during the promotional period or once it has expired. Likewise, the fact of participating in the Raffle implies the consent of the participants that the delivery of the prize may be made on air and may be broadcast through any of the media that Lanco Costa Rica chooses during the delivery of the prize. This authorization does not imply any duty to remunerate or compensate the participant. Additionally, as stated, the potential winner and their companions must sign an express authorization for the use of these image rights as a condition for the prize to be delivered to them.

In addition, the winner of this Raffle and their companions must expressly authorize the Organizer for their image to be broadcast in videos, photographs, and personal interviews regarding the prize, as well as on the social media of Lanco Costa Rica, and in any other medium that the Organizer chooses to inform the public about the experiences of the winner and their companions, if applicable. This authorization does not imply any duty to remunerate or compensate the participant or their companions.

1. Organizer's responsibility: The Organizer is responsible only for the delivery of the prize indicated in these Regulations and for the application of the same. The prize winner will be responsible for the use and enjoyment they make of it. By registering, participants release the Organizers, sponsors, affiliated companies, and others involved in this Promotion, as well as their executives, employees, representatives, or agents from liability for any damage arising directly or indirectly as a consequence of their participation in the Raffle, or resulting directly or indirectly from their acceptance, collection, or possession of the prize, or from the fact that their identity is made public due to having participated and/or won in the Raffle. Likewise, the Organizer
   

reserves the right to partially or totally modify the conditions of these regulations without prior notice.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Organizer is expressly released from liability for: a) Expenses incurred to participate in the Raffle, to make the prize effective, or to enjoy it; b) Unauthorized human interventions by third parties to computer systems or similar that alter the development of the Raffle; c) Damages suffered to the integrity or property of the winners or third parties that are caused by virtue of this Promotion or during the enjoyment of the prize.

1. Suspension of the Promotion: The Organizer reserves the right to suspend the Promotion temporarily or definitively in the event of proof of fraudulent allocation or claiming of prizes, as well as in cases of technical failures, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Organizers. The alteration of documents and information about the winners, as well as deceit, fraud, or falsification, unauthorized manipulation that hinders the normal performance of the Raffle, and actions that in the judgment of the Organizers are illegal and may cause harm to the Raffle or its Organizers may be prosecuted by the means provided for by Law.
2. Personal information: All information provided by participants will belong to the Organizer. Participants, by providing their data, authorize access to such information by the Organizers and its inclusion in a database if the Organizer sees fit, also authorizing the use of such database to send commercial information from the Organizing Company or third parties, as well as any commercial purpose that is not prohibited.
3. Relationship between the parties: No provision of this Promotion shall be interpreted as creating a relationship between the parties different from that which arises from normal commercial trade. No participant or winner of the Promotion, by virtue of being one, acquires the status of employee, representative, or agent of the Organizing company. With the
   

compliance with the obligations established in these Regulations, the relationship between the parties will terminate in its entirety.
