Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the mechanics. Acceptance implies being governed by these terms for the development of this mechanic. The mechanics and restrictions are not waivable, nor are they subject to negotiation or modification of any kind. Likewise, participants agree to comply with them, and by participating, it will be understood that they have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions, and commit to fully comply with the requirements established herein.

Only individuals over 18 years of age who are customers of Ferretería EPA listed below, within the country of Costa Rica, who make purchases of the indicated product and meet the quantity of 2 rolls or more on the same invoice may participate. The invoice must be dated within the promotion range, which is from December 12, 2022, to January 31, 2023. Purchase invoices outside those dates or with a quantity of less than 2 rolls of the product do not apply.
Purchases that will be valid for participation are those made through Ferretería EPA S.A.

2. On the mechanics:
To participate in the prize raffle, the following requirements must be followed correctly:
Purchase at Ferretería EPA in Costa Rica, in any of the branches indicated in point 1.1
Participants are customers who buy the product in a quantity of 2 rolls or more on the same invoice. The invoice must be dated within the promotion range, which is from December 12, 2022, to January 31, 2023. Purchase invoices outside those dates or with a quantity of less than 2 rolls of the product do not apply.
Participants must comply with and accept these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, those who correctly meet these requirements may have the opportunity to access the platform, register their purchase invoice, and wait to be contacted by email in case of being the winner of the raffle for the delivery of the prize.
EPA will enable a form on epaenlinea.com with access to register purchase invoices, which will be available from 12:00 am on December 12, 2022, to 11:59 pm on January 31, 2023.

The Organizer will not be responsible for the interruption or disabling of the connection service to the network and the server (host) of the website or websites related to this promotion, nor for any other failure in the participants' connection.
Likewise, neither the organizer nor Ferretería EPA are responsible for lack of communication, telephone service failure, hardware or software failures, or any other technical failures of any kind, including damage to the personal computer equipment of any person related to or resulting from their participation, or from experiencing or viewing materials related to this.
Participants will be those registered for purchases made from 12:00 am on December 12, 2022, to January 31, 2023.
Purchase invoices must be valid in date and value at the time of registering them on the platform. If the appropriate data is not provided, the promotion prize will not be delivered due to unauthorized human intervention, delays, distortions, or interference in computer transmissions, or other errors of any kind, whether human, electronic, or mechanical, including, without limitation, incorrect or inaccurate capture in the
registration of purchase invoice data or the requested information, by virtue of which participation in the promotion may be limited or prejudiced in any way.
The winner must present their valid and current official identity document (ID card or passport), original purchase invoice for Scotch Super 33+ tape, and complete a prize delivery certificate.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of this promotion or cancel it in its entirety.

It will be delivered by 3M Costa Rica, and there is a total of 1 Prize for 1 winner.

The colors and photos of the prize images are for illustrative purposes.
Any accessory or item required for the operation of the prize products will not be included and is not the responsibility of the organizer.
In the event that the winner needs to apply the warranty for any of the prize products, it will be the one indicated by Ferretería EPA in accordance with the warranty policies for products purchased in their stores in Costa Rica.
The raffle will be carried out by 3M Costa Rica through an online application that generates 1 winner randomly. All participants who have entered the complete and correct data in the form will be entered into the application. Once the winner is generated, the invoice will be reviewed to verify that it meets the requirements to participate (complete data, having purchased a total of 2 or more rolls of the promotion product in Ferretería EPA Costa Rica on a single invoice within the established promotion period).
The delivery of the prizes will take place during the month of February 2023, no later than February 28, 2023, and will be delivered once the winner is contacted and delivery is coordinated by 3M Costa Rica.
The period for entering invoices into the platform will be permitted until January 31, 2023; after that date, invoices cannot be entered to redeem prizes.
3M Costa Rica may change prize items for a similar item of approximate value in the event that Ferretería EPA does not have the prize items available at the time of acquisition.
To be entitled to the prize, they must have performed the corresponding registration of the purchase and their personal data completely.
3.11 The winner cannot request to exchange the prize for cash, nor for other products, and it is not transferable.
Once the prize is selected and confirmed for delivery by the participant, no changes or returns can be made.
Authorizations and Responsibilities
Participants are solely responsible for the veracity of the data provided, and the lack of veracity thereof will cause them to lose all rights to the assignment of the prize.
The organizer reserves the right to annul or eliminate those participants who do not comply with the Terms and Conditions established herein.
The organizer will inform the winner in a timely manner via the contact phone number and email address entered by the participant in the form.
The organizer is not responsible in any way for data that has not been correctly registered on the platform, for any interruption, cut, and/or deficiency that could prevent or hinder participants from accessing and/or browsing the Internet, including server deficiency, as well as any other situation of this type or any other cause of force majeure, since it is understood that these would, where appropriate, be generated by third parties.
The organizer respects your right to privacy. This policy summarizes what personal information we may collect, how we may use this information, and other important topics related to your privacy and data protection. It is 3M's policy to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. This commitment reflects the value we place on obtaining and maintaining the trust of our customers, business partners, and others who share their personal information with us. The participant will select in the form whether or not they authorize 3M to use the information they have typed into the form, whether they accept its use in a database, and whether they authorize its use to receive commercial information from 3M.
The winner must sign all necessary documents to certify the delivery of the prize, as well as provide all documents required by the organizer to certify that they are a participant who has redeemed the prize.
General Restrictions:
The winner cannot request to exchange the prize for cash, nor for other products, and it is not transferable.
The prize will be made effective by presenting the national identification document or passport.
Participation in this promotion will imply unrestricted and unappealable acceptance of its Terms and Conditions, with the organizer being the only one authorized to interpret them.
