Multifunctional Production Operator

Job Responsibilities:

The Multifunctional Production Operator is responsible for performing cutting, edge banding, CNC machining, and packaging tasks on the production line, ensuring proper material handling and compliance with operational standards.

This includes:

• • Operation at key stations (Cutting, Edge Banding, CNC, or Packaging) for processing melamine.
  • Basic reading of part diagrams and material optimization.
  • Shrink-wrapping, protection, and safe packaging of finished parts and furniture.

Requirements for successful performance:

• • Completed high school education.
  • Desirable 1 to 2 years of experience in operating panel saws, edge banders, and CNC machining on boards or melamine.
  • Knowledge in product protection and packaging.
  • Key competencies: Operational discipline, attention to detail, material care, and secure packaging.
  • Workplace: Coyol de Alajuela.

Desirable requirements:

• • Short technical degree in carpentry or basic melamine carpentry.
