Discover all the payment options we have available so you can make your purchases easily and securely.

Whether by cash, card, miles or points, installments, check, wire transfer, or SINPE Móvil, the idea is to provide you with options that make paying for your purchases easier.

Below are the details of the payment methods we have available:

Cash

We accept colones and dollars.

Please check the exchange rate at the registers in our physical stores.

Check

When making a purchase by check, delivery of the merchandise will take place after funds are confirmed (3 business days).

Bank transfer

Make your payment via bank transfer to the following accounts.

Simply send the receipt to the email contacto@cr.epa.biz and notify us at 800-EPAVALE (800-3728253) to proceed with verification.

Miles or Points

This payment option only applies to purchases made in our physical stores with credit cards from the following banks: BAC Credomatic, Banco Popular, Banco de Costa Rica, or Scotiabank. It does not apply at epaenlinea.com

Please review the terms and conditions of the loyalty program your card belongs to. See the regulations published on your bank's website.

Credit sales

This payment benefit applies only to corporate clients, and its approval is subject to review.

The client must submit a request for credit account opening through the Corporate Sales department via email: ventasjuridicas@cr.epa.biz or by phone at 6005-2876, either by call or WhatsApp.

BAC Compra Click

With this option, you can make purchases remotely using a payment link with BAC Credomatic cards easily and securely.

Credix Link

Make your purchases without being present at the store with Credix cards efficiently via a payment link. For more information, call 800-EPAVALE (800-3728253).

Credix installments

Make your purchases with your Credix card in installments of:

3 and 6 months interest-free.

10 months interest-free for purchases over 150,000 colones.

24 or 36 small installments with a 2.9% monthly interest rate calculated on a leveled quota.

Apply for your Credix card at the kiosks located in our stores by presenting the following requirements: national ID or permanent residency card (independent status) and be at least 20 years old for nationals and 26 years old for foreigners.

SINPE Móvil

Make your purchases from your cell phone with SINPE Móvil by depositing to the number 6323-3338.
