When making purchases through any of our channels, you don't have to worry about how to transport your items. With our Home Delivery service, we will bring them to your home or workplace.

This service is coordinated at the Quotations and Corporate Sales modules in-store, or through our Contact Center via email at: contacto@cr.epa.biz, by calling 800-EPAVALE (3728253), or via WhatsApp at 6323-3338.

We offer a scheduled routing delivery service within the GAM (Greater Metropolitan Area) from 8 am to 5 pm. For deliveries outside the GAM and requests for specific times, you may request our Express service. Rates depend on the destination of the merchandise and the products being transported.

When requesting the service, you must provide: the exact delivery address, two contact phone numbers, the full name of the recipient, and the required service (Routing or Express).

When you finalize your purchase at epaenlinea.com, you will be able to choose your shipping method.

Below, we detail the options and conditions for each:

● Correos de Costa Rica: shipping nationwide where coverage allows. Prices vary according to the weight of the order. Your package will be delivered within 2 to 5 days after your purchase is made.

● EPA Home Delivery - GAM: shipping exclusively for addresses registered within the Greater Metropolitan Area. Prices vary according to the order volume and distance. The delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.
● EPA Home Delivery - Outside GAM: this service is for deliveries to addresses outside the Greater Metropolitan Area. As with the previous option, prices vary according to the order volume and delivery distance. Please note that the delivery time is 5 business days.
● In-store pickup: active for pickup at the Belén, Cartago, Curridabat, Desamparados, Escazú, and Tibás stores. You can pick up your purchase 6 hours after placing it. This service is free of charge.
● Deliveries at Solarium Liberia: your purchases can be picked up on Tuesdays (for purchases made before Sunday at 5 p.m.) and Fridays (for purchases made before Wednesday at 5 p.m.). For orders with a maximum weight of 100 kg, the service is free. For purchases weighing more, the cost will depend on the total weight.

Materials are delivered at curbside, meaning transporters will not enter your property to leave the purchase. Therefore, please take the necessary precautions to properly protect your products.
