Key Account Manager

Job responsibilities:

The Key Account Executive is responsible for the comprehensive management of accounts and projects in the construction sector, leading commercial relationships, negotiations, and agreements with strategic clients to ensure profitability and proper sales monitoring.

This includes:

• • Commercial management of key clients, negotiation, and closing of agreements.
  • Coordination and periodic meetings with clients to understand the operation of each project.
  • Continuous monitoring of the progress and execution of construction projects.
  • Development and strengthening of long-term interpersonal relationships with strategic clients.

Requirements for successful performance of the position:

• • Completed High School Diploma.
  • Proven experience in account management for construction projects (suppliers, construction companies, engineering, or works).
  • Valid B1 driver's license.
  • 100% on-site modality (availability for continuous client visits).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office package.
  • Key competencies: Analytical capacity, negotiation skills, ease of oral expression, organizational skills, flexibility/adaptability, curiosity, and self-development.

Desirable requirements:

• • Technical or university studies in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
