Find an image or make a drawing of the furniture you want. Be specific with the measurements in millimeters: height, width, depth, and any special cuts you require, so that the final result is exactly what you need.
Identify the pieces that need edge banding and which side or edge they should be on. Choose the color of the melamine. If it has a grain, define the direction of the grain for each piece.
Give the measurements to the advisor assisting you so they can calculate the amount of melamine sheets and cuts needed to make your furniture. Based on this, you will be given a quote, which you must review to ensure the measurements are as requested. With this information confirmed, you can sign the quote.
In our Tibás store, we also provide CNC machining services. The CNC drill bores, mills, and grooves melamine sheets at high speed and with total precision, which will make assembling the pieces easier for you.
The CNC can be applied with the bolt-minifix assembly system, for drilling hinges, and for making designs or writing on the melamine pieces.
