Maintenance Coordinator - Coyol, Alajuela

Job Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for designing and executing preventive, corrective, and TPM maintenance plans for furniture industry machinery, ensuring the operational continuity of plant equipment.

This includes:

• • Design and implementation of preventive, corrective, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) plans.
  • Calibration of cutting systems (scorers and blades) on panel saws, automatic edge banders (Hot Melt), squaring saws, and CNC centers.
  • Specialized maintenance of Hot Melt glue pots, chip extraction systems, and industrial pneumatic systems.

Requirements for successful performance:

• • Technician in Industrial Maintenance or Maintenance Management in production plants.
  • Desirable experience in designing and implementing maintenance for furniture industry machinery (panel saws, automatic edge banders, CNC).
  • Proficiency in cutting calibration, Hot Melt glue pots, chip extraction, and industrial pneumatics.
  • Key competencies: Analytical skills, decision-making, assertive communication.
  • Work location: Coyol de Alajuela.

Desirable requirements:

• • Experience in handling melamine boards or large-format materials.
