Research Analyst

Job responsibilities:

As a Research Analyst, you will have the opportunity to gain a high level of insight into EPA's customers and the markets in which it operates. This area provides support to departments such as Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, and Commercial, among others, so you will quickly learn about every aspect of the business.

This includes:

• Analysis of consumer surveys and market share.
• Analysis of product trends and other market opportunities.
• Interpretation of dashboards and other databases.
• Analysis of imports and sales to identify opportunities for improvement for the organization.
• Development of projects for a global role that impacts Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Venezuela.

Requirements for successful performance in the role:

• Advanced university studies or a degree in Industrial Engineering, other engineering disciplines, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Competencies: attention to detail, determination to succeed, and excellent teamwork skills.

Desirable requirements:

• Knowledge or use of Google Apps.
