October 2025. Every year comes a special moment: to thank those who have been by our side and present them with a pin that reflects their journey with us. This recognition is awarded to those who have been with us for anywhere from 5 to 50 years. We gather in our stores, looking each other in the eye, to express our gratitude for everything they have built: perseverance, commitment, and the energy that makes it possible to face the challenges of our day-to-day work.
Celebrating by your side means looking back at the path we have traveled together. From the very first moment until today, our history adds up to learning, friendships, and overcome challenges. This pin is a “thank you” for every morning, every customer served, every hand that lifts another, and every effort that never ceases.
In September, we held the awards ceremony for years of service in our stores. A total of 101 pins were awarded: 39 for 5 years, 26 for 10 years, 19 for 15 years, 15 for 20 years, and 2 for 30 years. Behind every number is a story, a team, and a family that has grown with us.
