What is the ATE Project?
The ATE Project is a technological and organizational transformation initiative at EPA, which seeks the integration and adoption of the best practices offered by the SAP enterprise software.
How will the ATE Project be implemented?
It will be implemented in 3 Waves. Wave 1 of the project was activated on January 29th, covering the main operational processes in Costa Rica. Wave 2 will begin in November 2024 and includes the countries of El Salvador and Guatemala, and finally, Wave 3 covers the operation in Venezuela and will span from June to September 2025.

To achieve this transformation based on the adoption of the best practices that SAP offers us, we will follow a route that contemplates different phases that will provide us with incremental results, which is projected to be carried out over a timeline of approximately 10 months.
What will we do in the ExplorATE Phase?
The implementation team will participate in different work sessions in order to:
• Explore, clarify, and confirm the solution design, ensuring that SAP meets EPA's needs
• Validate the pre-installed system solution through demonstration sessions
• Drive the adoption of standard SAP processes
