Project description:
This is a skill development project for employability. It is focused on the generation of competencies and tools at a technical level as well as soft skills; the process consists of providing young people with real-world exposure to work experiences and the use of machinery or equipment similar to real labor possibilities. An important component is training regarding the soft skills that the market is requesting and that participants must possess for their effective connection to and retention in the workplace.

March 2016 - September 2016
Number of beneficiaries:
Direct participants in the process: 12 young people between 17 and 24 years old. Indirect beneficiaries (family members of those involved): 48 people.
Main results:
Thanks to the training process developed, the young people linked to this space had the opportunity to participate in the creation of stage sets for the 2016 International Festival of the Arts (FIA); this process catapulted the young people's technical skills, and as a result, 4 of them have already found jobs related to the subject matter developed.
